They should have <br /> also been sent to you via e-mail . Claims not submitted on the proper form cannot be processed and will be <br /> returned to the County for correction . Deadlines for submitting these reports are listed in Attachment E of <br /> your Agreement . <br /> Historical Summary of Expenditures : In order to ensure compliance with Attachment E, paragraph F <br /> of this Agreement and with Rule 27P- 19 . 011 , Florida Administrative Code, historical expenditure summary <br /> information relating to your county's Emergency Management Program is required. This form must be <br /> prepared and signed by an official of the County ' s Finance Office . You need to provide only the <br /> agreement period 2012-2013 (July 2012 — June 2013 ) information. This information is due no later than <br /> December 31 , 2013 . This form is also included in Attachment K . <br /> 2013 -2014 Staffing Detail : Attachment E, paragraph G of this Agreement requires a Staffing Detail <br /> form for all Staff in the Emergency Management Office for the current fiscal year. The required form is due <br /> no later than December 31 , 2013 this form can also be found in Attachment K.
