Current datasets will be provided by FDEM to counties through the appropriate <br /> Regional Coordinator. Updates and corrections will be provided to the FDEM GeoSpatial Information Systems ( GIS) section on or before <br /> May 15, Due Date Missed Due Date !hissed <br /> 2012 _ This shall include : <br /> A ) Location and attribute information of all fire rescue, law enforcement, public safety and emergency service stations shall <br /> be reviewed <br /> and updated as needed . <br /> B ) County Shelter data utilized by the State EST 6 shall be reviewed and updated . <br /> C) Location and attribute information of other critical facilities as deemed necessary by the county Emergency Manager. <br /> Attribute information for spatial data requested shall include : facility name, facility type, physical address, and USNG coordinates <br /> or <br /> Latitude/Longitude in decimal degrees ( only one or the other is needed) . <br /> NOTES : <br /> • Items listed above can be submitted to eoc- gis a em . mvflorida. com via the following channels — <br /> Export from own GIS database ( preferred ) <br /> EXCEL Spreadsheet <br /> • If counties have no changes in last submission of spatial data information, submit email to eoc-gis cnr em . mvflorida. com stating "no <br /> change <br /> from last submission .
