Lewis, deceased, <br />whose probate case has been filed in Indian River County, Florida, Case No. P2010U331, <br />first party, to Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post <br />office address is 1801 27`h St., Vero Beach, FL 32960, second party: <br />(Wherever used herein the terms "first party" and "second party" shall include singular and <br />plural, heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of <br />corporations, wherever the context so admits or requires.) <br />Witnesseth, that the said first party, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and or other <br />valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release <br />and quit -claim unto the said second party forever, all the right, title interest, claim and demand <br />which the said first party has in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land: <br />A parcel of land being the East 112.00 feet of the following described lands: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of Tract 1, Section 19, Township 32 South, -Range 39 <br />East, according to the last general Plat of lands of the INDIAN RIVER _FARMS <br />COMPANY SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 2, at Pages) 25, of the Public <br />Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; said lands now lying and being in Indian River <br />County, Florida; thence run North on the East boundary line of said Tract 1, a distance of <br />792 feet to Point of Beginning; thence continue to run North on the East boundary line of <br />said Tract 1, a distance of 264 feet; thence run West on a line parallel to South boundary <br />line of said Tract 1, a distance of 330 feet, more or less; to the West boundary line of the <br />East 10 acres of said Tract 1; thence run South on the West boundary line of the East 10 <br />acres of said Tract 1, a distance of 264 feet; thence run East a distance of 330 feet, more or <br />less, to the Point of Beginning., <br />Subject to all valid restrictions, reservations and easements of record, however, this reference to <br />restrictions shall not operate to reimpose same. <br />To have and to hold the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and <br />claim whatsoever of the said first party, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit <br />and behoof of the said second party forever. <br />And the said first party hereby covenants and warrants that it has authority to execute this deed <br />and that, in such execution, all court orders and laws of the State of Florida have been followed <br />and complied with in all respects. <br />
