unanimously carried that the above bids be accepted. On a Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner Loy it was unanimously carried that authorization be given for ad- vertisement for public hearing regarding abandonment of the MP 216+20 crossing of the Florida East Coast Railway. On a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Loy, the request of Rockridge Property Owner's Association for establishment of a special taxing district to provide an all night street lighting system was unanimously deferred pending possible new legislation. On a Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner McCullers, at the request of Ralph Stogner, authorization was unanimously given for advertisement for public hearing for the abandonment of a street in Dixie Heights Subdivision. No Action was taken on the request of a payment of $100.00 for procurement of right-of-way on 43rd Avenue.
