SECTION 01550 <br /> ACCESS ROADS , PARKING AREAS <br /> AND USE OF PUBLIC STREETS <br /> B . All trucks carrying earth shall be covered while moving with an appropriate <br /> tarpaulin . Should trucks hauling earth fail to cover their loads , the <br /> CONTRACTOR will be given two ( 2 ) written warnings , after which the <br /> CONTRACTOR shall pay a fine of $ 50 per uncovered truck to the Owner <br /> when invoked by the Owner to Owner' s Engineer . All cleanup shall be the <br /> responsibility of the CONTRACTOR . <br /> C .
