of the entire area under the supervision of the State Park Board, <br />with the understanding that the 145 -foot strip and the sandspit <br />area would be available to the general public continously without <br />charge, and subject only to reasonable regulations relating to <br />public health, welfare and police regulations. <br />It is contemplated that all of this would be formalized in an <br />agreement between all of the parties, and after completion of the <br />contemplated facilities by the State, the County would discontinue <br />its maintenance of the public park facilities and camping facilities, <br />and agree to the maintenance and management of all of the area by <br />the State. <br />There being no further business, on Motion made, seconded and <br />carried the Board then adjourned at 10:20 o'clock A.
