27. Land acquisition is not authorized under the terms of this Agreement. <br />28. If a court deems any provision of this Agreement void or unenforceable, that provision <br />shall be enforced only to the extent that it is not in violation of law or is not otherwise <br />unenforceable and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. <br />29. This Agreement represents the entire agreement of the parties.
