WEDNESDAY, JULY 9, 1969 <br />The Board. of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, <br />Florida on Wednesday, July 9, 1969 at 8:30 o'clock A. M. Present <br />were Jack U. Dritenbas, Chairman; Richard P. Bogosian, Vice <br />Chairman; Alma Lee Loy and Edward J. Massey. Absent was D. B. <br />McCullers, Jr. Also present were Jack G. Jennings, County <br />Administrator; Sherman N. Smith, Jr., County Attorney and Alfred <br />H. Webber and Janet N. Turpan, Deputy Clerks. <br />'The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if <br />there were any additions or corrections to the minutes of <br />June 25. There were none and on a Motion made by Commissioner <br />Massey, seconded by Commissioner Loy, the minutes of June 25, <br />1969 were unanimously approved as written. <br />Pat Corregan appeared before the Board with the request <br />that the present line of Building Code operation be moved <br />eastward in the area in which his ranch is located.
