Exhibit A <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> FM# 421787= 1 -5 &01 <br /> This Project consists of the COUNTY performing the construction and construction engineering <br /> inspection (CEI) services along 26`" Street/Aviation Boulevard Corridor from 43 `d Avenue to US 1 in <br /> Vero Beach . The design of the Project is essentially complete at this time and the COUNTY is <br /> currently seeking the appropriate permits . It is anticipated that construction will begin early in FY <br /> 2010/ 11 . <br /> The COUNTY shall perform services including but not limited to the following : <br /> 1 . Construction of transit turnouts and/or shelters . <br /> 2 . Construction of bicycle lanes . <br /> 3 . Designation of roadway pedestrian crossing <br /> 4 . Roadway widening (from 2 to 4 lanes) <br /> 5 . Drainage Improvements <br /> 6 . Curb & Gutter <br /> 7 . Signing & Marking <br /> 8 . Signalization <br /> 9 . Construction of raised medians <br /> 10 . Construction of a multi -purpose path (which constitute the southern portion of the Central <br /> Indian River County Greenway) <br />
