RESOLUTION G 9- ''4 6 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the rate of taxation necessary <br />to meet the expenditures of the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, for the fiscal year ending September <br />30, 1970, pursuant to the budget of said Board as heretofore published <br />and approved, is as hereinafter levied and that the tax rate as <br />hereinafter shown and,set forth be and it is hereby levied on all <br />taxable property in Indian River County, Florida, for the year 1969 <br />with the rate hereinafter set out, to -wit: <br />1. In order to meet the estimated expenses of the General <br />Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of two' <br />and five tenths (2.5) mills upon the dollar be levied and is hereby <br />imposed. <br />2. In order to meet the estimated expenses of the Road and <br />Bridge Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of <br />sixty-one hundreths (.61) mill' upon the dollar be levied and is <br />hereby imposed. <br />3. In order to meet the estimated expenses of the Fine and <br />Forfeiture Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax <br />rate of one and sixteen hundredths (1.16) mill upon the dollar be <br />levied and is hereby imposed. <br />4. In order to provide funds to the Indian River County Public <br />Health Unit, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of <br />two hundred forty-one thousandths of a mill (.241) upon the dollar <br />be levied, assessed and is hereby imposed upon all property lying <br />and being in the County of Indian River, the proceeds of which when% <br />collected shall be paid to the State Treasurer of the State of Florida <br />for the account of.the State Board of Health of the State of Florida <br />to be expended by said State Board of Health as provided by Chapter <br />154, Florida Statutes. <br />ovrq <br />AUG � 3 1969 <br />
