S . C . 12101A2213) . <br /> Article XV — Age Discrimination Act of 1975 <br /> Recipients will comply the requirements of the Age discrimination Act of 1975 (42 U . S . These regulations are codified at 44 CFR Part 19 . <br /> Article XVII � Rehabilitation Act of 1973 <br /> Recipients will comply with the requirements of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of <br /> 19739 29 U :S . C: 794, as amended , .which provides that no otherwise qualified handicapped <br /> individual in the United States will , solely by reason of the handicap, be excluded from <br /> Yparticlpation in ,, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to the discrimination under any <br /> program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance. These requirements pertain to <br /> the provision of benefits or services as well as to employment. <br /> . Article XVIII — Limited English Proficiency <br /> Recipients will comply with the requirements of Executive Order 13166, Improving Access <br /> to Services for Persons with Limited English Proficiency, and resulting agency guidance, <br /> national origin and resulting agency guidance , national origin discrimination includes <br /> discrimination on the basis of limited English proficiency (LEP) . To ensure' compliance with <br /> title VI , recipients must take reasonable stepsp to ensure that LEP persons have meaningful <br /> access to your programs. Meaningful access may entail providing language assistance <br /> services, including oral and written translation , where necessary.
