The appropriate timing for modifications to the <br /> project cost estimate, Exhibit A, would be after receipt of bids. <br /> *NON-COMPLIANCE by the PROJECT SPONSOR with the reporting schedule in <br /> Exhibit B may result in revocation of this agreement pursuant to Paragraph 13 of <br /> the project agreement. <br />
