G . Trustee-Directed Participant Allocation . The following investment allocation <br /> will be made for each Participating Employee ' s account that does not file and maintain a timely <br /> investment election form . <br /> Age Based Default Fund utilizing the Vanguard Target Retirement Funds <br /> H. Performance Measurement <br /> I . Each investment shall be measured against the performance of its <br /> corresponding asset class and peer group as defined by performance monitoring services <br /> deemed to be acceptable by the investment consultant to the Master Trust Fund . <br /> 2 . The performance of each investment shall be measured against market <br /> indexes that correspond with its investment category . <br /> (a) Money Market Fund: Morningstar 3 -Month Treasury Bill Index <br /> (b) Pooled GIC Fund : Morningstar 3 -Month Treasury Bill Index <br /> (c) Short Term Bond Fund : Lehman Brothers Government 1 -3 year <br /> Bond Index <br /> (d) Intermediate Term Bond Fund : Lehman Brothers Aggregate Bond <br /> Index <br /> (e) Long Term Bond Fund : Lehman Brothers Government/Credit <br /> Long Bond Index <br /> (f) Balanced Fund : S &P 500 Index and the Lehman Brothers <br /> Aggregate Bond Index <br /> (g) Large Company Value : Russell 1000 Value Index <br /> (h) Large Company Core Fund : S &P 500 Index <br /> (i) Large Company Growth Fund : Russell 1000 Growth Index <br /> 0 ) Small Company Core Fund : Russell 2000 Index <br /> (k) Foreign Fund : MSCI EAFE Index <br /> (1) Emerging Markets Fund : MSCI Emerging Markets Free Index <br /> (m) Real Estate Fund : Wilshire REIT Index <br /> 3 . The performance of each investment may be measured against additional <br /> standards and benchmarks established by the Master Trustees from time to time as <br /> criteria for continued acceptance of each investment . <br /> I . Criteria for Evaluating Funds Selected in Each Asset Category <br /> L The following information shall be considered in determining if an <br /> investment option should be replaced. Once an investment is selected for the Master <br /> Trust Fund, performance will be evaluated from the date it was added to the Master Trust <br /> Fund using these criteria.
