e <br />WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3,1969 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida met in special session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, <br />Florida on Wednesday, September 3, 1969 at 9:00 o'clock A. M. <br />Present were Jack U. Dritenbas, Chairman; Richard P. Bogosian, <br />Vice Chairman; D. B. McCullers, Jr.; Alma Lee Loy and Edward J. <br />Massey. Also presefit were Jack. G. Jennings, County Administrator; <br />Thomas Thatcher, acting as County Attorney and Alfred H. Webber <br />and Janet N. Turpan, Deputy Clerks. Absent was Sherman N. Smith, <br />Jr., County Attorney. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and explained that <br />the purpose for the special meeting was to certify and adopt the <br />millage resolution for the year 1969. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers, the following Resolution was unanimously <br />adopted: <br />,EP 19q <br />''4 X308 <br />
