There is presently a willing buyer and a willing seller. Unfortunately an opaque
bureaucracy, the Florida Municipal Power Agency (FMPA), has stepped in
between the buyer and seller to block
transaction. t whole economen ically. ca11y aFMPA,
t steps
to address FMPA's concerns and offered to make
however has tsIrmembermunicipalities original
not to serve elbut to serve their and ullt ultimately the
customers of the municipal systems.
1801 27t'' Street, Building A
Vero Beach, FL 32960
(772) 226-1490
