RENEWAL OF LICENSE AGREEMENT <br /> This Renewal of License Agreement is entered into as of this parr, day of <br /> February , 2013 by and between Indian River County , a political <br /> subdivision of the State of Florida ( " Licensor' ) and Brad Fojtik , resident of Indian River <br /> County, Florida ( " Licensee" ) states as follows : <br /> WHEREAS , the Licensor and Licensee ( `Parties" ) entered into a license <br /> agreement dated January 17 , 2012 concerning property commonly known as the Jones <br /> Pier Property as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the License Agreement calls for a one year renewal of the <br /> agreement upon mutual agreement of both Parties ; and <br /> WHEREAS , it is the mutual desire of the Parties to renew the License Agreement <br /> dated January 17 , 2012 for an additional year, <br /> NOW THEREFORE , in exchange for the mutual consideration the sufficiency of <br /> which is hereby acknowledged by each party, the Parties agree as follows : <br /> 1 . The above recitations are true and correct and incorporated by reference herein . <br /> 2 .
