• <br />The County Administrator presented a final plat of a <br />subdivision known as Van Trician Subdivision. A Motion was made <br />by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Massey and <br />unanimously carried that the final approval of the plat is <br />denied until the time the subdivision is completed. <br />e. <br />A resident of.the Pinson Subdivision appeared before the <br />Board requesting that the County do what it can to alleviate <br />the problem of the water standing in the streets. The Administrator <br />stated that he would send a force to the area to do whatever could• <br />be done at this time; and that he would make a further study <br />of the drainage problem and present his findings to the Board. <br />Chairman Dritenbas returned to the meeting and again. <br />took the Chair. <br />Julian Lowenstein and John Sutherland appeared before the <br />Board in protestation to the phrase "for the construction of <br />an apartment building comparable to the William Penn Apartments: <br />in Resolution 69-49 adopted in the Minutes of September 24, 1969. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried that the phrase in the <br />Minutes of September 24, 1969, Resolution 69-49 reading "for the <br />construction of an apartment building comparable to the William <br />Penn Apartments" be changed to read "for the construction of <br />an apartment building comparable in exterior appearance to the <br />William Penn Apartments but not requiring the same size or style <br />of building. <br />, K 12 pAGE357 <br />OCT 81969 v <br />
