e <br />The Sheriff filed with the Board a statement of his <br />appointment of Alfred W. Scott whose voting precinct is 4A, and <br />the continuations of John G. Melton, Gerald W. Lynch and Joseph <br />G. Adams, Jr. as Deputy Sheriffs and the said Deputy Sheriffs <br />filed their bonds with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, which was <br />presented to the Board. On a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, <br />seconded by Commissioner Massey and unanimously carried, the bonds <br />of said Deputy Sheriffs were approved and ordered filed with the <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court. <br />The Annual Report of the County Welfare Caseworker was received <br />and placed on file in the office of the Clerk. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Massey the State Witness Payroll for the County Court <br />in the amount of $105.00 was unanimously approved. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy and the application of Macie Wright for admission to <br />a Florida State Tuberculosis Hospital was unanimously approved. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy, approval for George Stokes, County Service Officer, <br />to attend State Veterans Conference in Saint Petersburg on October <br />22 through October 24, was unanimously given. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers, it was unanimously carried that the recommendation of <br />the Indian River County Historical Commission that Dorothy Wimbrow <br />and Graham W. Stikelether be the new members of the Commission, was <br />approved. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy and unanimously carried that the list of Clerks <br />and Inspectors of the several voting precincts of the County to <br />hold and conduct the Special Election of Tuesday, November 4, 1969 <br />be approved: <br />OCT 8 1969 <br />0k 1 <br />
