the Administrator in the execution of the necessary financial data and procedures <br />in order to comply with all HUD and/or DEO requirements. <br />2. Provide assistance in implementation of contractual services necessary to <br />complete the Project per the requirements of any and all HUD or DEO <br />requirements. <br />3 Establish and maintain rapport with individual citizens and community <br />groups regarding the Project. <br />4. Assist the Administrator in negotiations necessary for all subsections of <br />the Project. <br />5. Review and implement all contracts necessary to ensure efficient progress <br />of the Project. <br />B. PROPERTY ACQUISITION <br />LOCAL GOVERNMENT'S RESPONSIBILITY <br />The Local Government's responsibility in regard to this subsection shall be <br />to: <br />1. Assist the Administrator by placing at its disposal all available <br />information pertinent to the sites being considered for inclusion in the Project, <br />including ownership data and any other data relative to the housing units that are <br />being considered for acquisition under the NSP Program. <br />2.
