ARTICLE 4 <br />COMPENSATION <br />The Local Governmenfagrees to pay, from the funding set forth in Article <br />Sixteen (16) herein, the Administrator in the following manner: <br />Compensation for the Administrator, as detailed in the Cost Summary for <br />Negotiated Contracts (page 22), shall be the total sum of up to Two Hundred and <br />Thirty Five Thousand Dollars ($235,000). This includes an original negotiated <br />contract price of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) payable for grant <br />administration services tied to the County's original base grant from DEO of <br />Four Million Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Five <br />Dollars ($4,680,825.00) plus up to Thirty Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000) for <br />grant administration services associated with the County's approximately $1.69 <br />million in PI funds. It is recognized that payment of the additional Thirty Five <br />Thousand Dollars ($35,000) is justified by the basis provided on page 23 of this <br />contract and that payment of this amount is dependent upon the availability of <br />NSP funds through Administrative closeout of the grant after all County <br />expenses are paid (reimbursed by DEO). In no case shall total payments to grant <br />administrator be less than Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) or more <br />than Two Hundred and Thirty Five Thousand Dollars ($235,000). <br />4 <br />
