5 -22 - 1 �- <br /> ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT Z p� <br /> THIS ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT, entered into this day of t' w <br /> 2012 , by and between the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br /> COUNTY, FLORIDA , a political subdivision of the State of Florida (the " County ") , and <br /> JOSEPH M . WADDY d/b/a FREDDY ' S HOT DOG HOUSE ( "Concessionaire ") . <br /> WITNESSETH : <br /> WHEREAS , on June 7 , 2012 , the parties have entered into the Agreement for concession <br /> services to be provided at the North County Aquatic Center (the "NCAC ") ; and <br /> WHEREAS , section 12 of the Agreement provides for additional concession locations as <br /> agreed upon by the parties ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the parties agree to include two additional locations for concession services ; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS , operation of said concession will mutually benefit the parties hereto and the <br /> residents of Indian River County , Florida; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , in consideration of the covenants herein contained , it is mutually <br /> agreed between the parties as follows : <br /> 1 . The Concessionaire is hereby granted a license to operate a food concession pursuant to the <br /> terms and conditions as stated in the Agreement dated June 7 , 2012 , at each of the following <br /> two additional locations (the "Additional Locations ") : <br /> a. Indian River County Public Shooting Range, 10455 102nd Terrace , Sebastian , <br /> Florida 32958 . <br /> b . Golden Sands Park, 10350 Highway AIA, Vero Beach, Florida 32963 . <br />
