K . ENVIRONMENTAL , INC . <br /> This Work Order No . 1 ( Engineering ) is in accordance with the existing original AGREEMENT <br /> dated March 15 , 2005 and amended on March 4 , 2008 , between G . K . Environmental , Inc . <br /> (CONSULTANT ) and Indian River County ( COUNTY) . This Work Order No . 1 amends the <br /> agreement as follows : <br /> PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No . 1 is for the CONSULTANT to perform environmental services as required in <br /> Scope of Services for State and Federal Environmental Resource and individual permits . <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between G . K . Environmental , Inc . and Indian River County , the CONSULTANT <br /> shall provide environmental services to complete all tasks as outlined in this Work Order No . 1 and <br /> described as follows : <br /> Six Reports ( 6 years ) - Indian River County / Indian River Boulevard Sidewalk <br /> SJRWMD and ACOE 6 -year compliance monitoring / SJRWMD / ACOE permit ( 2010 - <br /> 2016 ) <br /> TASK I <br /> Six ( 6 ) ACOE reports and Six ( 6 ) SJRWMD reports ( 1 baseline report plus 5 years of <br /> monitoring reports with quarterly (4 ) site visits per year) <br /> Reports will be submitted as outlined /conditioned in the permits $ 9 , 600 . 00 <br /> TASK II <br /> Four (4 ) onsite or office meetings with Indian River County Staff and/or contractors <br /> including pre- bid , pre and post construction meetings $ 1 , 075 . 00 <br /> Macintosh HD : Users :georgekulczycki : Documents : Microsoft User Data : Saved Attachments : Work Order No 1 12-2010 . doc <br />
