ATTACHMENT 1 to WORK ORDER NUMBER GKE=3 <br /> SPOONBILL MARSH OFF SITE MITIGATION - INITIAL CLEAN -UP , <br /> FOUR (4) YEAR FDEP COMPLIANCE MAINTENANCE AND MONITORING <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The COUNTY has requested that the CONSULTANT provide FDEP four years of permit <br /> compliance for Spoonbill Marsh off site mitigation maintenance and monitoring services for <br /> the COUNTY' s Spoonbill Marsh Project. The Work is more particularly described below. <br /> TASK <br /> Initial 10 Acre Site Clean -up and Four (4) Years Annual FDEP Comoliance <br /> Maintenance (approximately 28 site visits) <br /> a . The CONSULTANT shall provide hand herbicide treatment and cutting of exotic and <br /> invasive vegetation throughout a 10 acre island area . The subject site has become <br /> re-infested with exotic regrowth and new specimens . The initial ( 1 -time) clean- up <br /> includes the use of a four-man crew , boat, chemicals , and required equipment and <br /> spray apparatus . Following the initial clean -up , bi-monthly and quarterly treatments / <br /> inspections with boat and maintenance crew will continue for a four (4) year period <br /> will be completed in accordance with Task I in Attachment 2 . <br /> TASK II <br /> Spoonbill Marsh Off Site Four (4) Year FDEP Permit Compliance Monitoring Reports <br /> (2 site inspections per year / 8 monitoring site inspections / 4 reports) <br /> a . The CONSULTANT shall provide four (4) years of annual compliance monitoring <br /> with four (4) annual compliance monitoring reports (2 site inspections per year with <br /> four photo transects and data collection ) . The consultant shall submit the annual <br /> compliance reports to the COUNTY for submittal to FDEP based on the permit <br /> condition submittal date (January/February each year) . <br /> OWNER / CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> a .
