( CONSULTANT) and Indian River County ( COUNTY) . <br /> WHEREAS, the existing AGREEMENT between CONSULTANT and COUNTY provides for Work <br /> Orders to be issued for services, this AMENDMENT NO . 1 modifies that requirement so that a Purchase <br /> Order will be issued by the COUNTY and approved through the MUNIS system, for proposed services <br /> that total less than $ 15, 000. 00 .
