WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 22, 1969 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of 'Indian River County, <br />Florida met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, <br />Florida on Wednesday, October 22, 1969 at 8:30 o'clock A. M. <br />Present were Jack U. Dritenbas, Chairman; Richard P. Bogosian, <br />Vice Chairman; D. B. McCullers, Jr.;: Alma Lee Loy and Edward J. <br />Massey. Also present were Jack'G. Jennings, County Administrator; <br />Paul D. Burch, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; <br />Alfred H. Webber and Janet N. Turpan, Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if there <br />were any additions or corrections to the Minutes of October 6, <br />October 8 and October 13, 1969. Commissioner Bogosian stated that <br />in the Minutes of October 13, 1969, in the 3rd paragraph, the <br />words Attorney Bogosian should be changed to read Commissioner <br />Bogosian. This correction having been made a Motion was made by <br />Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner Massey and unanimously <br />carried that the Minutes of October 6, 8, and 13 were unanimously <br />approved as corrected. <br />Dewey Walker, County Zoning Inspector, appeared before the <br />Board and presented a list of Legal Actions started, Violations, <br />and Variances granted by the Board of Adjustment. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner <br />Bogosian, it was unanimously carried that James S. Ayres be <br />appointed to fill the vacancy on the Zoning Board, which was made <br />by the resignation of Dewey Reams. <br />The hour of 8:30 o'clock having passed, the Clerk read the <br />following notice with proof of publication attached, to -wit: <br />i.,DOk 12 FACE37l <br />OCT 2 2 1969 <br />
