3. A certified copy of this Resolution shall be delivered to the <br />Tax Assessor of Indian River County, Florida, who is hereby directed to <br />furnish the Tax Collector of Indian River County, Florida, a certificate equi- <br />tably apportioning taxes levied for the year 1969 to the parts acquired and to <br />the remaining lands, <br />4. A certified copy of this Resolution shall be delivered to the <br />Tax Collector of Indian River County, Florida, who is hereby directed, upon <br />receipt of said certificate, to calculate and prorate against the remaining <br />lands the portion of taxes leviedagainst the parts taken to the respective <br />dates of acquisition and to cancel the portion of such taxes levied against the <br />parts taken from and after such dates of acquisition. <br />5.
