<br />THIS EASEMENT, Executed this ,prg'4 day of .i9e/nAPv- ,
<br />1969, by S. R. SMITH & SONS, INC. , a Florida corporation, whose address
<br />is 2021 - 50th Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida, party of the first part, to
<br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision under the laws of the State
<br />of Florida, party of the second part, WITNESSETH:
<br />That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of
<br />the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations,
<br />do by these presents remise, release and quit claim unto the party of the
<br />second part, its successors and assigns forever, an easement for location
<br />of water pipes, drains and drainage on, in and under the following described
<br />real property, situated in the County of Indian River, State of Florida, to -wit:
<br />North 20 feet of the South 22 feet of Lot 6, Royal Palm Place
<br />Subdivision, according to plat recorded in Plat Book 6, page
<br />33, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian
<br />River County, Florida.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused
<br />these presents to be executed inits name, and its corporate seal to be here-
<br />unto affixed, the day and year first above written.
