o <br /> WORK ORDER NUMBER 2 <br /> This Work Order entered into as of this 10th day of January 20. 12 pursuant to that <br /> certain Continuing Contract Agreement for Professional Services entered into as of November <br /> 15 , 2011 ( the " Agreement" ) , by and between Indian River County Solid Waste Disposal District , <br /> a dependent special district of Indian River County, Florida ( " District" ) and Geosyntec, Inc ., a <br /> Florida corporation ( " Consultant" ) . <br /> The District has selected the Consultant to perform the professional services set forth on <br /> Exhibit 1, attached to this Work Order and made part hereof by this reference . The professional <br /> services will be performed by the Consultant for the fee schedule set forth in Exhibit 1 <br /> and <br /> within the timeframe more particularly set forth in Exhibit 1, all in accordance with the terms <br /> and provisions set forth in the Agreement .
