s � <br /> Board of County Commissioners d r <br /> 1801 27th Street <br /> Vero Beach , Florida 32960 <br /> Telephone : (772) 567- 8000 FAX : (772)-778-9391 <br /> Professional Services <br /> for <br /> CATTLE DIP SITE <br /> WORK ORDER NO . 24 ( Engineering Division ) <br /> FOR <br /> Continuing Contract Agreement for professional Services <br /> WITH <br /> Geosyntec Consultants , Inc . <br /> This Work Order Number 24 is entered into pursuant to the Continuing Contract Agreement for <br /> Professional Services entered into as of August 10 , 2004 and amended July 24 , 2007 ( as so <br /> amended , the " Agreement" ) , by and between Indian River County Board of County <br /> Commissioners ( " COUNTY" ) on the same terms as the existing Agreement , as extended , <br /> between the Indian River County Solid Waste Disposal District , a dependent special district of <br /> Indian River County , Florida , ( " DISTRICT" ) AND Geosyntec Consultants , Inc . , a Florida <br /> Corporation ( " CONSULTANT' ) . <br /> The COUNTY has selected the CONSULTANT to perform the professional services set forth on <br /> Attachment A , attached to this Work Order and made part hereof by this reference . The <br /> professional services will be performed by the CONSULTANT for the fee schedule set forth in <br /> the Attachment B , attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this reference . The <br /> CONSULTANT will perform the professional services within the Schedule more particularly set <br /> forth in Attachment A , attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this reference all <br /> in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in the Agreement . Pursuant to paragraph <br /> 1 . 4 of the Agreement , nothing contained in any Work Order shall conflict with the terms of the <br /> Agreement and terms of the Agreement shall be deemed to be incorporated in each individual <br /> work Order as if fully set forth herein . <br /> COMPENSATION . <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay , and the CONSULTANT agrees to accept , a fee for services <br /> rendered according to the " Scope of Services " identified in the attached EXHIBIT " B " Fee <br /> Schedule and Man Hours . <br /> C :\Documents and Settings\tpeel\My Documents\Work Order 24 - Site Assessment 1 -4- 10 .doex <br />
