vs <br />WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 1969 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,' <br />Florida met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, <br />Florida on Wednesday, December 17, 1969 at 8:30 o'clock A. M. <br />Present were Jack U. Dritenbas, Chairman; Richard P. Bogosian, <br />Vice Chairman; D. B. McCullers, Jr.; Alma Lee Loy and Edward J. <br />Massey. Also present were Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator; <br />Paul D. Burch, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; <br />Alfred H. Webber and Janet N. Turpan, Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if there <br />were any additions or corrections to the Minutes- of December 3, 1969. <br />Commissioner Loy made a correction on Page 5, Paragraph 3 changing <br />the words "Mr. Chick"to read Al Schick; she also made a correction <br />on page 6, Paragraph 2 changing the word "trailers" to read Department <br />of Natural Resources, Division of Recreation and Park's trailers. <br />These corrections having been made,a Motion was made by Commissioner <br />Loy, seconded by Commissioner Massey and the Minutes of December 3 <br />were unanimously approved as corrected. <br />Dewey Walker, County Zoning Inspector appeared before the Board <br />presenting a list of violations and reporting on the progress of <br />the removal of Zoning Violations. <br />The Zoning Inspector then presented a request by Henry Donatelli <br />requesting a Zoning Change.
