<br /> PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
<br /> WHEREAS George A. Glenn and Sharon N. Glenn , husband and wife (the " Mortgagor" ) , by
<br /> mortgage recorded on June 14, 2007 in Official Records Book 2175 , at Page 684 , of the Public
<br /> Records of Indian River County, Florida, mortgaged unto SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. (the
<br /> " Mortgagee "), the lands therein particularly described, to secure payment of the sum of $650,000.00
<br /> with interest as therein mentioned;
<br /> (Wherever used herein, the terms "mortgagor" and "mortgagee " shall include singular and plural, heirs, legal
<br /> representatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations, partnerships or other entities;
<br /> wherever the context so admits or requires.)
<br /> AND WHEREAS the "Mortgagor" has requested the " Mortgagee " (being the owner and holder
<br /> of said mortgage) to release the hereinafter described portion of the mortgaged land from the lien and
<br /> operation of said mortgage;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE the " Mortgagor" , in consideration of the sum of $ 10 . 00 and other good
<br /> and valuable considerations , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise ,
<br /> release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the
<br /> said " Mortgagor" , its heirs, successors and assigns, all that piece, parcel 'or tract of land being a part
<br /> of the land conveyed by said mortgage, to wit :

<br /> acres of the West 18.62 acres of Tract 5, Section 32 , Township 32 South , Range
<br /> 39 East, according to the last general Plat of lands of the INDIAN RIVER
<br /> FARMS COMPANY SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 2 , at Page(s) 25,
<br /> of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida ; said lands now lying and
<br /> being in Indian River County, Florida.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all appurtenances in anywise appertaining
<br /> unto the " Mortgagor" , forever freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said
<br /> mortgage, and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall
<br /> in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the mortgage on the remaining
