S . ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, that: <br /> 1 . Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br /> described lands purchased from George Glenn and Sharon Glenn for 330 Street <br /> right-of-way, are hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority of section 196 . 28 , <br /> F . S . <br /> See attached General Warranty Deed recorded in <br /> Book 2587 , Pages 93 -97 , Public Records of Indian <br /> River County, Florida . <br /> 2 . The Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners is hereby <br /> directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the Tax Collector and the <br /> Property Appraiser with a copy to each of Fixed Assets , Budget, and the County <br /> Attorney's Office . <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher , <br /> and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Davis and , upon <br /> being put to a vote , the vote was as follows $ <br /> 2 <br /> i <br />
