<br /> indemnify and hold harmless OWNER , A. CONTRACTOR shall be solely responsible
<br /> ENGINEER , ENGINEER 's Consultant, and the for initiating , maintaining and supervising all safety
<br /> officers , directors , partners , employees , agents , precautions and programs in connection with the
<br /> and other consultants of each and any of them Work . CONTRACTOR shall take all necessary
<br /> from and against all claims , costs , losses , and precautions for the safety of, and shall
<br /> provide the
<br /> damages ( including but not limited to all fees necessary protection to prevent damage , injury or loss
<br /> and charges of engineers , architects , attorneys , to :
<br /> and other professionals and all court or

<br /> arising out of or relating to any claim or action , be affected by the Work ;
