ENGINEER . ENGINEER 's review and <br /> approval will be only to determine if the items <br /> D . Submittal Procedures covered by the submittals will , after installation <br /> or incorporation in the Work , conform to the <br /> 1 . Before submitting each Shop information given in the Contract Documents <br /> Drawing or Sample , CONTRACTOR shall have and be compatible with the design concept of <br /> determined and verified : the completed Project as a functioning whole as <br /> a . all field measurements , quantities , indicated by the Contract Documents , <br /> dimensions , specified performance criteria , 2 . ENGINEER ' s review and approval <br /> installation requirements , materials , catalog will not extend to means , methods , techniques , <br /> numbers , and similar information with sequences , or procedures of construction <br /> respect thereto ; (except where a particular means , method , <br /> technique , sequence , or procedure of con - <br /> b , all materials with respect to intended struction is specifically and expressly called for <br /> use , fabrication , shipping , handling , storage , by the Contract Documents) or to safety <br /> assembly, and installation pertaining to the precautions or programs incident thereto . CONTRACTOR shall also have Documents unless CONTRACTOR has in <br /> reviewed and coordinated each Shop writing called ENGINEER ' s attention to each <br /> Drawing or Sample with other Shop such variation at the time of each submittal as <br /> Drawings and Samples and with the required by paragraph 6 . 17 . D . 3 and ENGI - <br /> requirements of the Work and the Contract NEER has given written approval of each such <br /> Documents , variation by specific written notation thereof <br /> incorporated in or accompanying the Shop <br /> 2 . Each submittal shall bear a stamp or Drawing or Sample approval ; nor will any <br /> specific written indication that CONTRACTOR approval by ENGINEER relieve CON . <br /> has satisfied CONTRACTOR ' s obligations TRACTOR from responsibility for complying <br /> under the Contract Documents with respect to with the requirements of paragraph 6 . 17 . D . 1 . <br /> CONTRACTOR 's review and approval of that <br /> submittal . F . Resubmittal Procedures <br /> 3 . At the time of each submittal , CON - 1 . ENGINEER 's Review A. CONTRACTOR shall carry on the Work and <br /> adhere to the progress schedule during all disputes or <br /> 1 . ENGINEER will timely review and disagreements with OWNER .
