OF <br /> reject any deductible amounts in the required coverage, Developer shall provide at least ten <br /> ( 10) days prior notice to the Grantee before any termination or reduction in coverage . <br /> 4 . Workers' Compensation Insurance : Developer shall carry Worker' s <br /> Compensation Insurance in accordance with requirements listed in Florida Statutes, <br /> 5 . Developer alone shall be responsible for investigation and payment of claims not <br /> covered by insurance . Grantee shall not in any way be responsible for payment of any claims <br /> determined to be Developer' s responsibility under this Agreement . <br /> Ile ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS <br /> A . Financial Management <br /> 1 . Accounting Standards <br /> Developer is not subject to the provisions of 24 CFR Part 84 and 24 CFR Part 85, <br /> which apply only to governmental entities and nonprofit subrecipients carrying out <br /> NSP3 programs . Under this agreement, Developer is not a subrecipient, regardless of <br /> whether Developer is a nonprofit or for- profit entity. Developer will use adequate <br /> internal controls, and maintain necessary source documentation for all costs incurred <br /> and adhere to any other accounting requirements included in this Agreement or the <br /> Program Manual , <br /> 2 . Cost Principles <br /> OMB Circulars A-87, "Cost Principles for State, Local and Indian Tribal <br /> Governments," A422, "Cost Principles for Non - Profit Organizations," and A-21, "Cost <br /> Principles for Educational Institutions," do not apply to this developer agreement . <br /> Be Documentation and Record Keeping <br /> 1 . Client Data <br /> The Developer shall maintain client data demonstrating client eligibility for <br /> services provided . Such data shall include, but not be limited to, client name, address, <br /> income level or other basis for determining eligibility, and description of service or <br /> benefit provided . Such information shall be made available upon request to Grantee <br /> monitors or their designees for review . <br /> 2 . Records to be Maintained <br /> Developer shall maintain all records required by Federal regulations specified in <br /> 24 CFR 570 . 506 .
