<br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County; Florida
<br />met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach Florida on
<br />Wednesday, February 4, 1970 at 8:30 o'clock A. M. Present were
<br />Jack U. Dritenbas, Chairman; Richard P. Bogosian, Vice Chairman;
<br />D. B. McCullers, Jr.; Alma Lee Loy and Edward J. Massey. Also present
<br />were Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator; and Alfred H. Webber and
<br />Janet N. Turpan, Deputy Clerks. Absent was Paul D. Burch, Attorney
<br />to the Board of County Commissioners.
<br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if there were
<br />any.corrections•or additions to the minutes of January 21, 1970.
<br />There were none and upon..a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers,
<br />seconded by Commissioner Loy the minutes of January 21, 1970 were
<br />unanimously approved as written.
<br />The hour of 8:30 o'clock A. M. having passed, the Chairman
<br />read the following notice with proof of publication attached, to -wit:
