.��all4ifl <br /> aim - 084 <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT TO CUSTODIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> This First Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement (" First Amendment" ) ("Agreement" ) <br /> is entered into effective February 2 , 2010 , by and between Indian River County , a political <br /> subdivision of the State of Florida , 1801 27th Street , Vero Beach , FL 32960 (" County" ) and <br /> Heveron Group , Inc. , a Florida corporation , having a principal place of business at 1872 <br /> Commerce Avenue , Suite A , Vero Beach , FL 32960 , d/b/a Beachland Cleaning Service <br /> (" Contractor ' ) . <br /> BACKGROUND RECITALS <br /> A . Effective January 20 , 2009 , the County and the Contractor entered into the Custodial <br /> Services Agreement . <br /> B . The County and the Contractor desire to amend the Agreement by extending the contract <br /> for services a period of one year in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement , as set forth in <br /> this First Amendment . <br /> NOW THEREFORE , for good and valuable consideration , the receipt and sufficiency of <br /> which is hereby acknowledged , the parties hereto , intending to be legally bound , covenant and <br /> agree to amend the Custodial Services Agreement as follows : <br /> 1 . The background recitals are true and correct and form a material part of this Fourth <br /> Amendment . <br /> 2 . From and after the effective date of this First Amendment , the Services set forth on <br /> Exhibit "A" to the Agreement are extended from February 3 , 2010 through January 31 , 2011 , at the <br /> same compensation as set forth on Exhibit " B" attached hereto and incorporated by reference in its <br /> entirety . <br /> 3 .
