<br />feet to a concrete monument, thence North 0 degrees i
<br />13 minutes 15 seconds, East 1, 000 feet to the point of
<br />beginning, continue North 0 degrees, 13 minutes 15 !
<br />seconds East 350 feet, thence South 89 degrees 45
<br />minutes, 25 seconds East 90 feet to the mean highwater
<br />line of the Atlantic Ocean. Thence meander in a
<br />Southeasterly direction 375 feet along the mean high
<br />water line to a line parallel and 1, 000 feet North of

<br />WHEREAS, the Jaycees believe that the interests of the greater
<br />number of persons would be served by the development of this area as a park
<br />by the County of Indian River,
<br />BE IT, THEREFORE, RESOLVED that the Vero Beach Jaycees go
<br />on record in support of the acquisition of the above described land by the
<br />County of Indian River and the.development of said property into a public park.
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this Resolution be sent
<br />' to the County Commission and to General Services Administration which agency
<br />has the responsibility for determining what governmental body will receive
<br />the above described land, and further that copies of this Resolution be sent
<br />to our State legislative delegation and to the Congressional Representatives
<br />of this area requesting their support for the County in obtaining the
<br />above described land.
