i _,�° ~ i ]. � + � � 4 �.. � 4 G � ♦ -ham � <br />M <br />r � <br />A petition of 100/ participation was received from the <br />owners of a portion of 16th Place requesting the County preparing <br />the road for paving and the property owners assuming the cost of <br />paving. A Motion was made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy and unanimously carried that the Administrator <br />is authorized to proceed with the necessary steps to design this <br />road subject to an agreement with the property owners that they <br />will assume the cost of paving. <br />R. Saak of Pine Tree Park appeared in regard to debris falling <br />from trucks on the way to the County dump; and he was told that he <br />should take the number of the license plate of the offending truck <br />and report the incident to the Sheriff. Mr. Saak also had an <br />objection as to garbage collection and,was told to appear at the <br />public bearing on the next regular meeting of the Board. <br />A letter was received from Bill Miller, Department of Natural <br />Resources stating that the State will comply with the Southern <br />Standard Bulding Code and will appreciate and welcome inspection by <br />k <br />the County on the building being done in the Sebastian Inlet <br />State Park. <br />A Letter was received from the Department of Transportation <br />acknowledging our letter of March 18 and stating that the Department <br />will continue to cooperate with the Sheriff regarding emergency <br />closings of the Merrill Barber Bridge excepting for limitations <br />established by the U. S. Coast Guard. <br />A map of I 95 received from the State Department of Transportation <br />coincided with the Indian River plan as previously established and <br />extended south of the County line. <br />The Board then adjourned at 12:00.o'clock Noon and reconvened <br />at 1:45 o'clock P. M., same members being present. <br />The Attorney to the Board reported that an appraisal has been <br />made by John Sherman of Block 30, Lots 8 and 9, Original Town, <br />placing a value of $25,000.00, which has been offered to Mrs. <br />Neville for a parking lot for the Courthouse. If this f er <br />not accepted, condemnationp�rroceedings will be started. <br />/� 8 1910 <br />
