Mr. Clark of General Development Corporation appeared before <br />the Board in regard to Vero Beach Highlands Subdivisions ##3 and <br />WRF00 and WRF01 of Unit #4. The County Administrator presented <br />the tentative plats of the subdivisions known as Vero Beach <br />Highlands Subdivision Unit #3 and Vero Beach Highlands Unit #4, <br />W.RF00 and WRF01, and recommended their tentative approval as <br />meeting County Subdivision Requirements. Upon a Motion made by <br />Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and <br />unanimously carried tentative approval was given for Vero Beach <br />Highlands Subdivision WRF00 and WRF01 in Unit #4 and Vero Beach <br />Highlands Subdivision Unit #3 with the provision that the developer <br />obtain State Board of Health approval of utility services; and <br />post performance assurance satisfactory to the Board of County <br />Commissioners with the Clerk of the Circuit Court prior to <br />recording the final plat. <br />John Cann, Mayor of the City of Fellsmere appeared before <br />the Board in regard to 1969 taxes on property held for sale by <br />the City of Fellsmere. The Attorney to the Board was requested <br />to research the matter and report to the Board at its next regular <br />meeting. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy, it was unanimously carried that the Administrator <br />be authorized to take the necessary steps to acquire by prescription <br />the first road to the east of Broxton Road, which has been maintained <br />through the years by the County, which leads to the 10 acre park <br />near Wabasso; and to have title search and deeds made from the <br />property owners by dedication of ten additional feet which would <br />be necessary for proper road and drainage purposes. <br />r'he Administrator reported trash being spilled on Citrus Road <br />in the area of 43rd Avenue and Range Road and the Sheriff was <br />requested to arrest violaters.for the purpose of imposing -fina:s;. <br />!Jk a >'V <br />MAY 6 1970 <br />0 <br />
