3. The Board of County Commissioners does herewith renounce <br />and disclaim any right of the county and the public In and to the streets <br />described in Paragraph 1 as shown on the plat of Weona Park Subdivision <br />filed in Plat.Book 2, Page 17, Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and does herewith vacate, abandon, discontinue and close all <br />of .the same, provided, however, the County does herewith retain an <br />easement of 12 feet wide on either side of the center line of the two parts,. <br />of the above described streets to be abandoned, the easement to be for the. <br />location of drainage facilities and utility services. <br />4.
