<br />of Indian River County, Florida, will
<br />receive sealed bids to the hour of
<br />9:30 A.M. On Wednesday, June 24,
<br />1970 on the personal property
<br />described below, for sale to said
<br />County. Bids will be publicly opened
<br />at the regular meeting of said Board
<br />to be held on the aforesaid date in
<br />the County Commissioners Room,
<br />County Courthouse, Vero Beach,:

<br />Follow Blocks.

<br />Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida.

<br />The Chairman then called for receipt 'of bids in accordance with
<br />the notice and the following sealed bids were received, opened and
<br />read:

<br />H. F. Mason Equipment Corporation........ 1,640,00
<br />The Administrator then took the above bids for evaluation to
<br />report back to the hoard.
<br />On a Motion made by Commissioner. Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner
<br />Loy, upon the recommendation of the Administrator, the release of
<br />the Escrow amount of $500.00 held by the Clerk'of the Circuit Court
<br />to David R. Langfitt upon completion of Summerplace Home, Inc.
<br />was unanimously approved.
