DR -505 R. 6/85 INSTRUCTIONS This list. after being approved by the Board of County Commissioners. shall be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Should the names more than fill this page, continue on next page until all are listed. Do not list any item of Personal Property Taxes unless it is uncollectible. Errors. Double Assessments, Insolvents. Exemptions and Discounts are the only excuses or reasons for not collecting Personal Property Taxes: therefore. do not take credit for items which are expected to be collected and remitted later. The County Commissioners will carefully examine this list when submitted to them. and not allow credit for Personal Property Taxes. unless exempt, provided there is Personal Property upon which a levy can be made to enforce collection. Before submitting this list to the Board of County Commissioners the Tax Collector must FILL OUT and SIGN THE CERTIFICATE ON THE BACK OF THIS FORM ON THE LAST PAGE OF THE REPORT, and make a recapitulation of the amount of ALL TAXES for which he is to RECEIVE CREDIT. The County Commissioners. after carefully checking this list. must SIGN THE CERTIFICATE ON THE BACK OF THIS FORM ON THE LAST PAGE OF THE REPORT, which must be attached to. and become a part of this report.
