Until the provisions of paragraph 3 hereof become <br />effective, the Grantee shall use the above described <br />property solely for a right of way for public utilities. <br />2. With the exception of the use and possession authorized <br />in paragraph one hereof, the Grantor does herewith reserve <br />unto itself, the exclusive right of possession of all of the <br />above described property until the provisions of paragraph <br />3 hereof become effective or until ten (10) years from this <br />date, which ever shall first occur. <br />3. The further purpose for this conveyance is to permit <br />the Grantee to use all of said above described property <br />as the right of way for a public road to connect Mooring <br />Line Drive as shown upon said plat with any causeway or <br />bridge hereafter constructed from the West line of said <br />Parcel "B" to the West shore of the Indian River.
