0 <br />WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 19, 1970 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, <br />Florida on Wednesday,'August 19, 1970 at 8:30 o'clock A. M. <br />Present were Jack U. Dritenbas, Chairman; Richard P. Bogosian, <br />Vice Chairman; Alma Lee Loy and Edward J. Massey. Absent was <br />D. B. McCullers, Jr. Also present were Jack G. Jennings, <br />County Administrator; Paul D. Burch, Attorney to the Board of <br />County Commissioners; and Alfred H. Webber and Janet N. Turpan, <br />Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if there <br />were any additions or corrections to'the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of August 5, 1970. There were none and upon a Motion <br />made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner Massey, the <br />minutes of the regular meeting of August 5 were unanimously <br />approved as written. <br />The hour of 8:30 o'clock A.
