<br />The Board reviewed the agricultural assessment return No., 680 of
<br />James Peterson and Mary Alice Peterson. On Motion by Commissioner
<br />Bogosian'and second•of Commissioner Loy, the Board unanimously voted to
<br />deny. application No. 680.
<br />AFFIDAVIT
<br />STATE OF NEW JERSEY
<br />COUNTY OF ESSEX
<br />Personally before the undersigned official, authorized to administer
<br />oaths, this day appeared VINCENT J. CORACI and ANTHONY A. CORACI,
<br />to me known who, after first being duly sworn, say:
<br />Affiant, VINCENT J. CORACI, is the President of 275 Classon Avenue
<br />Realty Corp., a New York corporation, and Newport Avenue Realty Corp., a
<br />New York dorporation, and he makes this Affidavit for and upon behalf of
<br />those corporations, and ANTHONY A. CORACI makes this Affidavit in his
<br />own .behalf, all with relation to the matters hereinafter set forth:
<br />Wilson & Wilson, Inc., a Florida corporation, did by deed dated July
<br />8, 1969, convey certain property located in Brevard and Indian River Counties
<br />Florida, to the two above stated corporations, which said deed was recorded
<br />in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />in Official Record Book 322, page 26, and said corporation did on the same
<br />date convey property situated in both counties to Affiant, Anthony A. Coraci,
<br />which said deed is recorded in Official Record Book 322, page 19, in the
<br />office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />Since the delivery of said deeds, all of the property described therein has
<br />been and is now owned by the respective grantees in said deeds.
<br />All of the above described property was assessed upon the tax rolls of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, for the year 1969 identified by parcels as
<br />assessed with RE numbers as follows: 632, 635, 637, 1258, 1259, 1315,
<br />1319, 1320, 1322, 1324, 1327, 5806, 5832, 5910 and 5912, and 639.
<br />Prior to April 1, 1970, Affiant, VINCENT J. CORACI, did upon behalf I
<br />of the corporations owning said property, and Affiant, ANTHONY A. CORACI.1
<br />did on his own behalf, submit a return of said property and request for agri-
<br />cultural zoning to the Tax Assessor of Indian River County, Florida, in the
<br />form provided by said Assessor. Affiants have been advind that said Asses=
