RECEIVED <br /> Ao43 � ,Av3 !� <br /> DEC 16 2013 <br /> THIRD AMENDMENT TO CUSTODIAL SERVICES AGREFIKTTIES MANAGEMENT <br /> This Third Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement ("Third Amendment" ) is entered <br /> into effective December 2 , 2013 , by and between Indian River County , a political subdivision of the <br /> State of Florida , 1801 27th Street , Vero Beach , FL 32960 (" County" ) and JMC Services , Inc . , <br /> a <br /> Florida corporation , having a principal place of business at 37 West Smith Street, Winter Garden , <br /> FL 34777 (" Contractor' ) . <br /> BACKGROUND RECITALS <br /> WHEREAS , the County and the Contractor entered into a Custodial Services Agreement <br /> ("Agreement" ) dated January 24 , 2012 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , since that time , the County and the Contractor have amended the <br /> Agreement on April 3 , 2012 to include two additional buildings not included in the initial <br /> Agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS , since that time , the County and the Contractor have amended the <br /> Agreement on April 16 , 2013 to extend the agreement for an additional year; and <br /> WHEREAS , since that time , the County has built a new facility and has begun utilizing the <br /> space not included in the Agreement ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the County and the Contractor desire to amend the Agreement to add the new <br /> facility to the cleaning contract . <br /> NOW THEREFORE , for good and valuable consideration , the receipt and sufficiency of <br /> which is hereby acknowledged , the parties hereto , intending to be legally bound , covenant and <br /> agree to amend the Agreement as follows : <br /> 1 . The background recitals are true and correct and form a material part of this Third <br /> Amendment . <br /> 2 . Contractor agrees to clean , in accordance with the terms of the Agreement , the new <br /> facility , to wit : <br /> a . The Crime Scene building located at 3885 41 <br /> 3 . In exchange for these additional services , the County agrees to pay Contractor the sum <br /> of $912 . 60 per month for cleaning the Crime Scene Building . <br /> 4 .
