D ' � ; CE. <br /> 3 12 [ i , ; n <br /> B MAR 3 0 2012 <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT TO CUSTODIAL SERVICES AGREIF r vi <br /> This <br /> This First Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement ( " First Amendment " ) is entered into <br /> effective April 1 , 20112 by and between Indian River County , a political subdivision of the State <br /> of <br /> Florida , 1801 27th Street , Vero Beach , FL 32960 ( " County" ) and JMC Services , Inc . , a Florida <br /> corporation , having a principal place of business at 37 West Smith Street , Winter Garden , FL <br /> 34777 (" Contractor" ) . <br /> BACKGROUND RECITALS <br /> WHEREAS , the County and the Contractor entered into a Custodial Services Agreement <br /> ( " Agreement" ) dated January 24 , 2012 , and <br /> WHEREAS , since that time , the County has begun utilizing office space in two buildings not <br /> included in the Agreement ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the County and the Contractor desire to amend the Agreement to add the two <br /> (2 ) additional office spaces to be cleaned . <br /> NOW THEREFORE , for good and valuable consideration , the receipt and sufficiency of <br /> which is hereby acknowledged , the parties hereto , intending to be legally bound , covenant and <br /> agree to amend the Agreement as follows : <br /> 1 . The background recitals are true and correct and form a material part of this <br /> Second <br /> Renewal . <br /> 2 . Contractor agrees to clean , in accordance with the terms of the Agreement , two <br /> additional office spaces , to wit : <br /> a . the Sheriff' s Human Resources Modular building located at 3885 41St Street Building A <br /> consisting of approximately 5 , 000 square feet of office space and <br /> b . the Work Force Solutions portion of the building located at 2525 St . Lucie Ave . and <br /> consisting of approximately 500 square feet of office space . <br /> 3 . In exchange for these additional services , the County agrees to pay Contractor the sum <br /> of $436 . 48 per month for cleaning the Sheriff' s Human Resources Modular building and the County <br /> agrees to pay Contractor the sum of $ 97 . 80 per month for cleaning the Work Force Solutions <br /> offices . <br /> 4 . All terms and conditions of the Agreement not amended herein remain in full force <br /> and effect . <br />
