<br />The Chairman asked if .anyone present wished to be heard. Hobart
<br />Landing Services Company was represented by Charles Smith, Attorney;
<br />'James Beindorf, Engineer; and Fred Briggs. Gordon Williams and a
<br />group. of Citizens whose land was included in the Exclusive Franchise
<br />mentioned appeared in protest:- of including these rights on their
<br />property. On Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner
<br />Massey, the Board unanimously voted to continue the above Public
<br />Hearing at 10:00 o'clock A. M. on Wednesday September 23.ff i
