M. Present were <br />Jack U. Dritenbas, Chairman; Richard P. Bogosian and Alma Lee <br />Loy, Members of the Board of County Commissioners; and Robert G. <br />DuBose, Member of the Indian River County School Board. Also <br />present were Paul D. Burch, Attorney to the Board; Homer C. Fletcher, <br />Tax Assessor; William G. O'Neal, Esquire, representing Homer C. <br />Fletcher; and Alfred H. Webber and Janet N. Turpan, Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if there <br />were any additions or corrections to the Tax Adjustment Board minutes.' <br />of August 14 and August 25. There were none and upon Motion of <br />Commissioner Loy, second of Commissioner Bogosian, the Board <br />unanimously approved the minutes of the Tax Adjustment Board meetings <br />of August 14 and August 25. <br />Robert A. Johns, owner of Sea Vista Motel, having been duly <br />sworn as witness, presented his plea on RE #38639. All arguments <br />having been heard, the Board advised the Petitioner he will be <br />notified of the Board's decision as prescribed by law. <br />Sherman X. Smith, Jr., attorney, acting in behalf of 275 Classon <br />Avenue Realty Corporation and Newport Avenue Realty Corporation on <br />RE #632, 275 Classon Avenue Realty Corporation and Newport Avenue <br />Realty Corporation on RE #635, 275 Classon Avenue Realty Corporation <br />and Newport Avenue Realty Corporation on RE #637, 275 Classon Avenue. <br />Realty Corporation and Newport Avenue Realty Corporation on RE #639, <br />Anthony A.
